Purpose
Young Studio will not knowingly build, host, automate or support activity that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or likely to harm another person or system.
Prohibited work and content
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, evasion or destructive activity.
- Spam, purchased contact lists, deceptive marketing or impersonation.
- Illegal goods or services, unlawful discrimination, harassment or exploitation.
- Content supplied without the necessary rights, licences or permissions.
- Systems designed to mislead customers about identity, pricing, evidence or availability.
- Processing that violates applicable privacy, consumer, intellectual-property or platform rules.
Security testing
Defensive testing is accepted only with clear written authorisation defining the systems, owner, scope and boundaries. Young Studio will not use client access to test unrelated systems.
Enforcement
Young Studio may refuse, pause or terminate work where a credible acceptable-use concern exists, and may preserve or disclose information where required by law. Where safe and lawful, the concern will be explained to the client first.
