Privacy notice

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Who is responsible

Young Studio is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@youngstudio.uk.

Information collected

The enquiry form collects the contact and project information you choose to provide. The server also processes limited request information needed to prevent abuse, including a temporarily hashed network address. Young Studio does not ask for passwords or access credentials through the public form.

Why it is used

Enquiry information is used to read and respond to your request, prepare a proposal where relevant, prevent form abuse and maintain an appropriate business record of the conversation. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and Young Studio's legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.

Email delivery and retention

Your submission is delivered into Young Studio's business mailbox using its configured mail provider. The website does not maintain a separate marketing database. Enquiries that do not become client work are reviewed and removed when they are no longer useful; contractual and accounting correspondence may need to be retained for longer.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or non-essential analytics cookies. Essential technical processing is limited to delivering the pages and protecting the enquiry form.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the website and deliver business email, or where required by law. Young Studio does not sell enquiry data.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Official guidance

The structure of this notice was checked against the ICO's right-to-be-informed guidance.
